The granting of concessions to pharmacists, drugstores, dental technicians, etc. is to be made by the Cityphysicist to the Trade Office, and the Health Office will be limited to professional participation in this task. The staff involved in the missing tasks may be affected by : 8 veterinarians , 2 senior officials , two senior officials and 6 auxiliary staff . 18 staff . As measured by the staff level on 28 February 1942 , the Health Office is expected to receive a staff of 197 staff . The establishment plan provides for a considerably higher number, because it includes the staff for the expansion of the scope of tasks in the flow. It will be the responsibility of the management of the city administration to allocate new forces appropriately according to the needs of new tasks. A special examination required the question of the decentralization of the tasks of the town. So far there are 60 medical hospitals, each occupied by 1 city. District physician as an official doctor. These district doctors are employed as full-time officials, but have no own office. They are allowed to practice private practice. They have an obligation to provide their own ordination facilities for the completion of their services. According to the ruling of the German management of the City Physikate, the services provided by the district doctors are unsatisfactory because they are not able to devote themselves exclusively to their official tasks. It was agreed that in future the city area would be included in l2 health districts.
