%.88 : Department of the relief agency and the contract workers who still perform their own tasks of the aid agency have therefore been included in the establishment plan of the welfare office in their own sub-division. l92 contract workers and workers are employed from the centre of the assistance agency. In view of the public nature of the institution , official posts are provided for the executives in cash and invoicing management , and for the rest , the contractual relationship is sufficient . The Central Welfare Office employs 8 civil servants and senior officials , 38 civil servants , 17 civil servants of the intermediate service , 21 carers , 75 civil servants in the ordinary service and 159 manual workers . In the case of the temporary employment agency : 1 official of the senior service , 3 pragmatic sub-officials , 4 contract staff for the ordinary service , 1 manual worker plus 9 staff . In the auxiliary service for poor citizens are employed : 3 civil servants of the upper duty , 44 contract staff in the upper, middle and lower duty . 47 staff .
