It is mainly an industrial district with a working population, which means that the welfare department and the survey service are heavily used. As at 28.2.1942, the branch had the following staff : 1 senior official , 1 senior civil servant and 3 middle civil servant , ll ordinary civil servant, 4 manual worker and 30 manual worker . As a result of the reduced number of jobs, the following staff are freed: 5 senior officials, 4 middle-level officials, 1 ordinary official.
