130 III. The new establishment plan is to be aligned with the German Reichsbearbeitungsrecht. Thus, the servants were to be grouped into permanent civil servants, employees and workers. The officials were to the Reichsbereitungsordnungen A and B, the employees in the collective wage regulation A for members of the public service (TO.A. ) and to classify the workers in collective bargaining B for members of the public service (TO.B.): for the employees of the social institutions, the collective bargaining rules for members in the health, health and nursing institutions of the Reich, the municipalities, etc. ( TO.Kr. ) were also used. The number and nature of the designated bodies and their evaluation and classification are based on the tasks arising from the new organisational and business distribution plan . Since the salary of the staff is to be paid on the basis of German remuneration law, the posts would also be adapted to the structure of the German civil servants' body and could not be taken into account for the different circumstances of the civil servants of the City Administration of Prague. This has a strong effect on the passage of places from the higher to the higher, from the lower to the middle and from the latter to the simple service. It should be noted in particular that already in the above-mentioned report of the municipal examination office it was pointed out to the Minister of the Interior that the city administration has been translated with lawyers. For many tasks, which so far have been provided by academic forces, only posts for the senior service could be provided in the job proposal. As far as these posts lack members of the senior ministry, they will be appointed by lawyers. The structure of the new organizational plan has departmentates, which are sub-divided into Aemter. The units are classified as required in departments and these in sub-divisions.
