In the case of regional leaders Z o g.l m a n n and in the future also regional leaders K n o o p, referring to similar rules in the Netherlands and in eneral government, a special allowance was requested for their activities as head of the State Youth Division. In analogy to the existing official regulations, the application could be granted, since the division I/4 does not meet with the command post of the Hitler Youth, but rather by recording and aligning the Czech youth with an area of activity completely outside the actual Hitler Youth work. I would like to speak with the regional leader K n o o p, who was aware of the request and who, since he was concerned, did not have to intervene, and who was in favour of the special remuneration for regional leader Zoglmann. If the applications are met, the following will be submitted: 1.) Amount 100.-Rl monthly (official receipts are correspondingly limited), 2v) Payment to both District Leader Zoglmann and District Leaders:Kncop, 3.) Return effect to ebietsführer Zoglman up to the time of the establishment of the Board of Trustees for Youth Education as the time when the above mentioned special intervention of the Department of State Youth over the German Youth followed.
