Section 7 of the Government Decree Coll. No. 380/38 on the obligation of the staff to pay the pension contribution and Sections 1 - 3 of the government decree of 1.4.1941, Coll. No.l26/l94l, concerning the re-regulation of the provisions on inflation allowances and the supplementary allowances of the protectorate and certain other public servants, lapses. § 4 of the Government Decree of 1.4.194l Coll. No. 126/l 94l expires for the staff whose remuneration is re-regulated by this regulation. § This Government Decree applies to the staff members who are re-established by this Regulation on l. ......
