I943 in the documents for the autonomous pay regulation worked out by me and intend to propose the following to the Reich Minister of Finance, according to their reports: 1.)Officials of classes I - IV, judges, law firm assistants, sub-officials, employees and auxiliary staff. Approval of the proposed salary rates except for the senior secretary of class II, pay group 5, whose final salary would be reduced by 2,-- RM per month. The Reichsbeschäftsgruppen under the plan of the German Ministry of State= cannot be recognized as comparable in all cases. However, this should be accepted if the German Vinsofar State Ministry does not require a change in the compensation allowance guidelines from the comparison it has chosen=. In so far as an amendment of the compensatory allowance guidelines is justified according to the findings of the representatives, the guidelines should be amended accordingly by application of the State=Ministry 2.) (a)the teachers in primary and primary schools who, at 10.- RM per month, b)the manual teachers who, by 20.- rm per month; c)the individual groups of teachers in vocational education and training=the schools which are to be reduced to the comparable Reichsremunerations of up to 25.- MRL per month.
