According to the recently received report of the Department of Finance, the commissioners of the Reichsfinanzministerium (Amtsrats) intend to work through the local offices. This is particularly true for officials outside the school administration, government troops and police, in which only a single grade group would encourage the reduction of final salaries in RM 2.-- monthly. In the school administration certain final receipts are to be reduced by RM 1 0.-- to RM 25.- - monthly. In some cases, similar reservations have to be made with the government force and protectorate police. The compromises on the Reich's salary drawn in the proposal of the German Minister of State cannot be recognized in all cases. This is to be accepted, however, if the German Minister of State derives no change in the compensatory allowance guidelines from the comparison he has chosen."
