In some cases, public servants are also concerned that the re-regulation of the salaries of "bureaucrats" who could never find themselves in the relations of a family rich in children and who had little social feeling had been worked out. The law will certainly not be around for several months in the various ministries before it becomes effective. In the meantime, it is likely that the most varied changes will be made, so that the latter will remain with the old. On the other hand, officials, in particular of the senior ministry, are hoping for a salary adjustment to that of the empire up to 8 percent, which would mean a considerable increase in their income for them. In this context, it could be pointed out in detail that Czechs, who were already prepared to do so, do not now consider this advisable, but want to wait. In order to publish the salary compensation itself, it was made clear that it should have been kept in more detail, since it was impossible to get a clear picture of what the newspapers were doing. By the fact that the announcement in their text was too little detailed, counter-propaganda had found a good field of action and much faith. In the press too little attention had been paid to the merits of the Minister of State K.H.Frank for this new regulation, so it was inevitable that the public officials had the impression that this had been obtained by the public employees' association and that the newspaper's note on this had actually not been in accordance with the truth.
