The defendants Schafranek and Brauner are sentenced to 3 - three years in prison, Br a u n e r to 2 - two years in penitentiary, both on account of pretrial detention. The accused are deprived of the civil rights of honour, Schafranek for 3 - 3 years, Brauner for 2 - 2 years.
