240 - Professors who have become overnumerable, the historians mentioned will be made available to other branches of the public administration. The linguistically only sufficient or insufficiently qualified historians will be allowed to teach only in the lower classes after the resumption of history. In the course of the school year, they have to complete their knowledge of German in weekly working communities in such a way that they, too, are able to penetrate the meaning of German history and then teach history dertsch. They will then have to undergo an examination which will determine the degree of their ability to teach history. Particularly frequent inspections of the working groups and future history lessons will show whether the Czechs are interested in the Czech Republic. Historians are in a position to express the external change achieved in the retraining courses in the Unteericht in such a way that exaggerating repercussions on the attitude of the growing generation arise, or whether further measures will be necessary.
