14 - 2 - The rejection of the transfer into the civil servant relationship does not, however, preclude its use for German interests in a non-official relationship and also does not specify anything about the treatment of his children, and the fate of which it seems that C.-K. is primarily concerned. be satisfied with the rejection of its incorporation into the civil service if it is expressed in an appropriate form. The following text is therefore proposed as a draft reply to the Party Chancellery: "The party chancellor's statement on C.-K.'s application for membership in the civil service is added, since his political past would not justify the exceptional action he wanted and he also did not completely dissociate himself from the political views of his father and his brothers, especially the "Pan-European Richard". It is also known from C.-K. that he is listed as a member in a list of members of the Pan-European Union for the year 1938. To the RMdI the same view was expressed. Against a purely scientific employment of C.K. there are no concerns. Furthermore, it should remain to be considered whether it is necessary to do so via C. -K. It is to be assumed that C.-K. the rejection of his request would be easier if he was informed that nothing was laid down about the treatment of his children, the fate of which seems to him to be in the first place." As a reply to the RMdI, the following text is proposed: "The negative opinion on the request of Count C.-K. in accordance with the opinion of the Party Chancellery. This was informed in the same sense."
