Count Coudenhove-Kalergi, who had to be dismissed from active military service because of his international ties, fears that his sons could later be made more difficult or even impossible to take over into the officer career. The WBv has therefore approached the OKH with the request for a decision whether there is a possibility that the grounds for dismissal at Count Couden-hove will also affect his sons. By decree of 9 June 19944 the OKH decreed that an expert opinion of the German Minister of State in Bohemia and Moravia should be obtained on the personality and political attitude of Count Coudenhove-Kalergi and his family.
