In your above-mentioned letter, you mention, among other things, that the curator of the German scientific universities in Prague as Commissioner for the closed Czech Charles University in Prague has already given his general consent that the Czech branch investigation office of the General Hospital in Prague / former polyclinic was handed over to the Czech Charles university / operationally to the administration of the capital Prague. Taking into account this agreement, I take the decision that the management of the operation of this institute will be transferred to the capital city of Prague for the first time in 1943 under the following conditions: l./ All facilities and objects which are the property of the protectorate school administration, the Ministry of Education will leave the capital town of Prague on loan and free of charge. All material expenses, as well as the maintenance of the inventory of the Protectorate school administration are to be borne by the capital Prague. 2./ The rent, including ancillary obligations, will become the main tax. The amount of the rent interest is communicated to you by the state authority in Prague, which has to be refunded the rental interest and ancillary obligations. 3./ Any adaptations and readaptations of the building will be carried out to the owner of the house at the expense of the capital Prague. 4./ All personnel will be assigned to the capital city Prague for the purpose of operating the municipal polyclinic. 5./ The capital city of Prague will take care of the personnel costs of the existing staff.
