DEC 1944 1 To the Minister's Office S im Haus e - Subject: Dissolution of the German school maintenance associations in the Protectorate Ihr Schreihen vom 14.11.1944 - St.S.IV 0-34 a/42 SA .I Attachments: l Bundle The conditions of the U ssit 5 schools listed in your letter have now been regulated by the Commissioner for Organizations in the course of the dissolution of the German associations. The matter can be dealt with as settled. I would like to refer back to the annexes attached again soon. The situation with the 5 schools is currently at present. The following: 1.) German High School for Girls in Prague II,Charvatg.5, former sponsor: Association for the Conservation and Promotion of the German Girls' Lyceum in Prague I. On 1.7.1942, the Commissioner for Organisations introduced the school with all rights and obligations first to the German Cultural Association as a vehicle, which thus also received the property of the school building and had to pay for the material expenses. On 1.2.1943, however, the cost of the total cost, including directing (heating, cleaning, lighting), with the exception of the building maintenance load, was transferred to the protectorate, which has always borne the cost. The Protectorate has rented the building, which the commissioner for orga- nisations will soon assign to the city of Prague with the building maintenance load, for his school purposes.
