Attachments: 1 anonymous letter, report of the BdS of 19.12.1942, 2 volumes of personnel files. Original submitted to the Secretary of State for briefing. Josef P r a ž á k was taken over from the Ministry of Unification to the Ministry for Justice in 1938, where he is employed in Conceptual Service (prisonership). He was never a district judge in Rokitnitz, by the way he did not pass the judge's examination, the lack of which he was checked when he was transferred to the judicial service. Joset P r a Ž á k was a district judge in Rokitnitz from 14.7.1934 to 4.2.1937. On 1.9.1940 he was granted a one-year unpaid holiday. On 3.9.1941 he left the employment relationship voluntarily. Currently he is to be employed in the management of the cooperative, purchasing association of the agricultural cooperative in Prague Il, Pavedgasse 2. The staff files of both officials are attached.
