Prague, 14 July 1941. I Betr: Meeting of the Secretary of State with Minister-President Eliáš, Minister Ježek and Minister Count Bubna-Litic on 14 July, 12.00 o'clock. 1.) In the last few votes, the enemy radio in particular of the Moscow station continuously called on its own broadcasts to the Czech people for sabotage acts against the Reich. He gives detailed instructions for Sabota acts in all areas. Stsatspolizeilich was noted that such requests of the Moscow station were followed by the Czech population in various areas of the Protectorate - but so far to a small extent - which shows the interception of the enemy radio from Czech sections of the population. In the last few days, the Czech peasantry has been called upon not to deliver agricultural products, to hide, to prevent the harvest and to spread it. It has already been established that suitable means of fire are being produced and distributed in the protectorate, for the destruction of the harvest on the stalk. On behalf of the Imperial Protector, I have today appointed Mini-President Eliáš, Minister of the Interior Ježek and Minister of Agriculture Count Bubna-Litic to draw their attention to these facts. I have told the gentlemen that it is necessary to immediately set up a "Czech crop protection aid" in all the agricultural areas of the Protectorate in order to ensure the proper recovery of the harvest. To be supplemented by units of the air protection quotas now set up in the cities.
