Dr. Theodor K o p e c k ý is President of the Czech Chamber of Administration in Prague, member of the permanent delegation of the Chambers of Administration to the Protectorate and vice-chairman of the Central Association of Czech Lawyers. Dr. K. students at the University of Vienna. He always had a reasonable and real attitude to the German-Czech relationship. Formerly organized in the Czech agrarian territory and always radically right-wing. He was already interested in National Socialism a few years ago. K., for example, considers Nazism to be more suitable for the social conversion of the Czech people than Italian fascism. He was always anti-Semitic and also represented this attitude at the time of the Beneš system: however, it is to be noted that he represents less the idea of race than the Catholic point of view. His election as president of the Bar Association meant a victory over Beneš supporters working in the Bar Chamber. After the unification of the Sudetenland to the Reich, he openly began to take a stand against the Jews and reached in March l939 the suspension of all Jewish lawyers by the Committee of the Chamber, without resorting to a law or regulation. Dr.K. is a good lawyer. He does not devote himself to political life, since he is overburdened with other works. Nevertheless, he is regarded as a politically well-informed person, who constantly advocates a good relationship with the Germans. He is described as very energetic, honest and sincere. His family relations are regulated. His suitability for appearance in the German courts seems to be given. 09178 hivI Please contact !
