STATE SECRETARY FOR THE RUSSIAN PROTECTOR IN THINGS AND IN MORAVA, PRAGUE, inv. 595, sig. 109-4/342
English Translation
154 -4 - in June 1939 Hruby had already submitted a plan to the President, which worked on the inclusion of the protectorate countries in Hermann Göring's four-year plan up to the details. Havelka then promised to continue the plan. However, the plan was suppressed by Minister Havelca. Mr Hruby regretted that he had not already carried out a personal cleansing operation at the time when he was still in official power in the national community. However, he hoped to be rehabilitated soon and then to be able to take an honest course for the termination of all these alarming phenomena. It has already been noted on other occasions that Hruby, who has so far been politically reserved and primarily gathered his supporters in the economic sector, now believes that the time has come for him to register his participation in political life.
