Annex to 64/39/Raum-0. geh. ns Copy .The Imperial Protector in Bohemia and Moravia Prague, July 13, 1939 Tgb.No. 107/39/Room-0 . To the Higher SS and Police Leaders, in Prague Betr.: Landenaufnahme der SS und Polizei. In a report from the Upper Land Council in Brno on the overall planning of the city of Brno, I note, among other things, that in Brno barracks for the police and the SS order troops are to be built. Furthermore, representatives of an SS department at the mayor of Brno have asked for immediate land allocation for an SS housing settlement consisting initially of 60 houses, but capable of expansion. In order to be able to fit these intentions into the single planning of Brno and its surroundings, which is now under way, I would ask the General Department for Regional Planning to provide details and to send maps. I take this planning as an opportunity to express the fundamental request that the General Department for Spatial Regulations should be informed of all intended land uses (even the smallest area) as early as possible and that the preliminary assessment should be carried out as soon as possible, so that a single orientation to other planning and spatial planning can be achieved in general.
