As far as the placement of the punctuators is concerned, the following four points should be considered: 1. The accommodation should not be carried out in areas at risk of air pollution. 2. Accommodation must be arranged in such a way that a mutual meeting of the officials is excluded and accommodation must be taken into account in the pre-vocational training of the functionaries.
