The Reich's Protector in Bohemia und Moravia has, on the basis of § 13 of the Ordinance on the Construction of Administration and the German Security Police in the Protectorate 3*hmung Mähren from 1. 9. 1939 -RGBl.I,S.168l - by- standing order: The association "Turnverband Orel(Adler)" with the seat in Brno and its member associations, branch associations and synstical affiliated organizations are hereby dissolved. The assets of these organizations are confiscated within the meaning of § 2 of the Ordinance on the confiscation of assets in the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia of 4.10,1939 -RGBl.I,8, 1998- and can be stamped by the secret state police in favour of the Reich. This order becomes effective with the date of delivery.
