Krejčí is said to have pointed out that his remarks are not intended for the public, but he has committed the present editors to secrecy. 2. First, the speech was about the wool collection. Krejcí explained that everything had to be done to make this collection successful. This is necessary in view of the Do- mažlice case and the imminent dismissals from the detention of students and hostages. Furthermore, the end of the three-year decreed closure of the Czech universities is approaching. On the other hand, a bad result of the collection of wool in the Czech case could cause incalculable damage. During the debate, Minister of the Interior Ježek expressed the view that the good heart of the Czechs in particular must be appealed to GO. 3. Krejčí then stated that significant changes are imminent in the structure of the Protectorate. The government would lose in importance. The President of the Council of Ministers will be virtually dismantled, and this reorganisation will involve significant shifts in civil servants. In practical terms, after the proposed new regulation, there will be only three major departments: the Ministry of the Interior, the Ministry for Transport and Labour, the 3rd Financial Administration.
