According to the Government Decree of January 5, 1942, Coll. l5, On the reorganization of some central authorities, the affairs of agricultural schools are transferred from the sphere of activity of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry to the Ministry for Education and Folk Culture. This measure directly concerns the actual activities of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, especially in the present wartime, to the extent that I see myself committed to drawing attention to the significant consequences that this measure could have for the safeguarding of agricultural production for people's nutrition and the successful ending of the third production battle.
