10 II. note. Mr Zschaubitz pun, after a long-distance call with Mr Zsc h a u b i t z, said again at about 2.50 p.m.: he would have already told me in the first conversation that he had received from Mr P a 1 m from the Association for the Garden and Wine Industry in a letter of 8.1.1944, which arrived in Brno on 10.1.44, the mandate to carry out the visit to Moravia,-Ostrau. This did not happen because the district administration of Brno had prohibited him from loading. He had to inform the district head of the district office of M i c h l e r of the loading order received, since the vegetables had been stored at the Landzentrale for the supply of the Germans. Kreisamtleiter Michler had spoken to the head of the district, who had again informed Mr. Landesvizepräsidenten. State Vice-President Dr. Sc h w a b e had promised to contact Prague. I have once again instructed Mr Zschaubitz to carry out the existing disposition for Moravia-Ostrava immediately and to reimburse him in writing for his success report after Prague. I have also informed him that, in the event that further difficulties and unreliable execution of the given dispositions took place in the future, I would withdraw the distribution of vegetables from the Landzentrale.
