English Translation

The danger of such a summarizing tip is not too great, since the experiences of the Czechs have also shown that an organization stands from the head down on weak feet. As a result of the gradual development of influence, it will be possible to meet the respective personnel requirements. Influence on the education of the Czech youth must not be rigid and schematic. It must adapt to the specific circumstances, to the human and political circumstances. The aim is to have a decisive influence on the education of the Czech youth in the two proposed sectors. Since the matter is of fundamental importance, it seems appropriate to present it to the leader for a decision. In the course of his service, Mr. Staatssekreter asked for a decision and, if necessary, a presentation to the Führer.
