Personally! Secret! 23 June 1939. The State Secretary. St.S.No. 29/39. XVIII/72/39/B1/K To the Gauleiter von Oberdonau Pg.Eigruber, Sa Betr.: Design of speeches and speeches in the Protectorate area. 23.6.30 Process: without. e dae ae d se ae de l' political line Addresses and speeches that you intend to make in the Protectorate will be aligned with the political line which the Lord Reichsprotector intends to take against over the protectorate government at the present time. I would ask that this not be seen as a kind of mistrust or patronage, rather as the expression of the great German interest in the fact that between the view of the party and the conception of the Steate - that is to say, of the Office of the Reich - there is also clarity and agreement in the assessment of political problems and in the political objective. I would therefore consider it expedient, among other things, if the texts of the addresses and speeches were first sent to me for information. If, within four days of the task of the procedure, no answer was received at the post office, I would like to suggest that the formulation of the speeches and speeches should be regarded as free from the point of view of Mr Reichsprotector. If another regulation could be proposed in the sense that the result would be the same as that of the above regulation, I would be grateful for the clarification of the relevant opinion.
