In the Protectorate of Bohemia-Mähren, it would be possible or permissible for the Reichsprotektor or Reichsminister of the interior to be responsible for this. In the meantime, the appointment of German veterinarians to the Protectorates is not to be expected when this will occur and whether this will happen, according to findings in the Reich Ministry of the Interior, is not yet to be overlooked in any way. In December l938 I turned to the current state secretary K.H. Fr a n k, who above all told me that he was a Czechoslotak citizen and that the Reichsdeutscheb authorities will certainly make my appointment dependent on the acquisition of the Reich citizenship. I was in fact a citizen of the Reich until the adoption of the Protectorate V o 1 k s d e u t s c h e r. State Secretary K.H.Frank informed me that I may send him a copy of my application and the addition of my curriculum vitae to the Reich Service and the assignment of a corresponding department.
