Prohibition All organisations of Polish nationals existing in the German Reich, including the East Mark and Sudetenland, are hereby granted by virtue of § 1 of the decree of the President of the Reich concerning the protection of the people and the state of 28.2.33 (RGBl. p. 83), the 2nd decree on the law on the reunification of Austria with the German Empire of 18.3.38 -RGBL. I S 262- and the 3rd decree on the decree of the Führer and Reichskanzler on the administration of the southern territories of 22.lo.38 (RGBl. I p. 1453). On the basis of the Reichsgesetz v. 14.7.33 (R Code I S 479), § 1 para.2 of the regulation on the confiscation of property against the people and against the state in the Land of Austria v. 18.11.39 (R GBl. 1 S l62c) and § 1 sec. 1 of the Ordinance on the confiscation of national and national property in the Sudeten-German territories, of 12.5.39 (RGBl. I S 9ll) it is stated that the organizations referred to in paragraph I have promoted anti-national and anti-reichs efforts. The assets are collected with the restriction that the organisations of Polish nationals, who pursue economic purposes and are constituted in the form of legal persons, first have to initiate liquidation in the course of this prohibition. Infringements of this prohibition, which are committed in the Old Kingdom, are punishable by the provisions of § 4 of the Ordinance of 28.2.33. The national organisations of Polish nationals have, for the most part, pursued objectives throughout their existence, and in particular during the crisis days of August/early September l939, and carried out an activity which was capable of presenting a serious threat to public security and order in the Reich.
