Prague, 13 March 1940. 1st note. Mr. Müller informed that Mr. Stuckart, Secretary of State, accompanied by Mr. Hering and Mr. Hauser, would arrive in Prague at noon on 14.3.194. I have asked Mr Müller to give further information on how the visit by Mr Stuckart's State Secretary was supposed to be conducted. He had to agree on this matter with Minister Völckers beforehand. 2.
