1 copy. To the Herr Reichsprotektor in Bohemia and Moravia. Today the assessor Friedrich Börstlibg from the LAA Niedersachsen has called me to the service. Börstling explained the following: The head of Group X, Director Wilhelmi, had declared that the employee in charge of labour matters was assigned to the Oberlandrat, but that he was technically under Group X. On the other hand, I have pointed out to him that he is an official of the Oberlandrat, that there is a specialist supervision of a group of the Reichsprotector only over the Oberlandsrat, but not over a single beant of the Upper Landrat and that he receives his instructions exclusively from me professionally and personnelly, I recommend to the group X to make it fundamentally clear that also the department of the Imperial Protector is a uniform authority, in which a single group has no independent authority. I would also like to take note of the fact that I will follow any attempt by one of my bees, by means of disciplinary measures, to record correspondence or telephone communications with a single group of the Reichsprotektor. I would like to inform the group leaders so that they do not bring my officials into the inconvenience of a criminal procedure. I also report the following: R.R.Sager of the group Xhat the Assessor Börstling explains that in the districts of the upper councils work mediators of the Group X. The Oberlandrat and also Assessor Börstling had nothing to do with these mediators, they underwent only Mr. Sager of the group X, however Börstling should be good with the people. I would like to make it clear immediately that, of course, the intermediary working in my district is my official, who is ultimately under my authority and in every respect. I will have the mediator present to me and explain to him that he is only subject to me until your decision has been made and that he will be treated by me in every attempt of another line as much as anyone else who deliberately and maliciously dares to interfere with the construction in the Protectorate.
