This case gives me, following a wish of the Reichsmarschall, reason to point out the following: The Führer has appointed various bodies - the Council of Ministers for the Reich's defence, the Commissioner for the four-year plan, the Plenipotentiary-General for the administration of the Empire, etc. - for certain tasks of particular importance as summarizing superior bodies.
