It is not understood to add the land to the adjacent richly built plot Prague XIx, Yorckstrasse ll, which is attached to the Secretary of State as a service dwelling, in order to bring about an extension of the garden of this plot. The project is desirable with regard to the local conditions. The property to be acquired has a size of lol8 gm. After my explorations the maximum land prices in the district of Yerckstrasse vary between 27,8o and 33,36 RM per sqm, so that a purchase price of 28,310.40 to 33,960.48 RM is to be expected. I would ask you, exceptionally, to agree that the necessary funds for the purchase of the property will be used to finance the sums which the kingdom receives from the assets declared forfeited and whose collection is provided for in Section Xxv, Chapter l, Title lo.
