16 branches - such as the textile, clothing, glass, Keramisohe, leather, wood processing, construction, brick, Druok and Pagier industries as well as breweries and malts - were not able to deliver at all. Nevertheless, the quantities available were so low that the most important productions were affected. Strong cuts have been made, among other things, by the oheniaches and the cement industry, so that the centenary production will fall and about fifty per cent. The iron and metal processing industry also had to be cut by about thirty per cent in the supply of sudeten German lignite. It is therefore necessary to avoid break-outs in the production of arms and subcontracting induatrie. Even a small reduction in the iron-producing industry could not be avoided. As soon as the effects are overlooked in detail, the head of the Armaments Commission will have to ask for your instructions on which armament programmes are to be restricted or postponed on the basis of this situation. It has been my particular endeavour to make the industry of bows and Moravia fully available to German armaments and war production. I have therefore taken advantage of the relocation of productions to the limit of capacity utilization. As this space has been spared from the main kin effects of the enemy air force, a full use of its production capacity is possible. These favourable assumptions compared with almost all other industrial areas of the Great Dare Empire, however, I believe that they require such a coal supply, OTAIE, even taking into account the difficult overall situation.
