The granting of a salary subsidy to Czech staff engaged with German women is not a matter of general concern either from the point of view of wage policy or in terms of need. The disbursement of grants to Czech staff with German women would fall within the general framework of the pay-as-you-go scheme and would constitute an obstacle to the implementation of the planned alignment with the wage structures in the Reich. The salary subsidy would then lead to the condition that there are two categories of Czech staff in terms of salary, namely ante tofina a) those who receive normal wages and salaries, and b) those which, according to the grant, are received by the Reich salaries or even exceed them, depending on the amount of the grant. If the sender complains that she has to deny her membership fees and donations from her husband's salary, on the other hand, it must not be forgotten that she, as a German national and her children, also participates in the special care of the Germans in every form. For the Czech husband to make use of his better knowledge of German by his Czech colleagues, no grant is justified. Moreover, this only induces the other Czechs not to complete enough in the knowledge of the German language, as they have a comfortable and free helper 2.6
