Therefore, in the supplement to my request of 5 June 1994z submitted to the Central Office for Jewish Emigration in Prague and documented with all documents, I make a polite request to investigate this matter and to re-enact my four-year-old child /third Koliner Transport AA d 563/ according to the court order, since, I assume, the acceptance of the child must have happened only on a purely formal error or error, which did not happen by my fault.
