I therefore propose the following letter to Brigade leader Krebs: 'The Czech student Wenzel Stoviček, who has asked you to approve the continuation of his studies, must register with the next admission campaign in the normal application procedure. You can ask him to refer to our correspondence in the application. I cannot allow an exception to the general rule, since it would create a precedent that I must reject for fundamental reasons."
