F Betr.: B u r e š, Josef, cattle merchant, born 28.0886 in Witschap,Bez.Tschaslau, resident of Werda 256. Anlg.: 1 : The investigation of Josef B u r e š led to the following findings : B. owns a small estate in Werda near Tchaslau and lived mainly from the cattle trade. In Werdah he is settled since 1915. Since the year l926 he is to be active member of the Fa-schist party. As a result of his political activity, he has drawn the enmity of further Czech population groups. tn his community of Werda, he had long tried to eliminate the municipal representation of Wenda, which he accused of sheltering. In fact, the failure of this local council was so serious that the current head of the district team of Tajovský in Tchaslau, Dr.Tajov, was prompted to demand the approval of the OLR in Kolin for the dissolution of the municipal council. The official German-friendly attitude and the discovery of the irregularities in the municipality of Werda reinforced the opposing attitude to B. Although B. was among the oldest cattle dealers of the district, it was not included in the list of cattle dealers.Despite all requests and submissions he did not get the authorization to trade cattle. The penalty imposed on B. for black slaughter is correct, but it is the highest possible penalty, while this type of crime is committed at $\ B -56 a14.
