English Translation

1./ With my submission from November 18, 1938 to the head of the Oberlandesgerichtliche Senat in Leitmeritz, I have offered the application for admission to the profession of lawyer in the Sudetendeutsche Ge-- ale in Sudetetenland. At the same time, I requested the admission of a lawyer to the Amtsagericht in Karlovy Vary, because I had already at that time, as a native Karlovary, the assignment of the transfer and the transfer of my law firm to Karlový Vary. According to the ruling of the President of the Oberlandes in Leitmeritz of 27 March 1939 , Z.: 2-P-28-8-l, I was provisionally admitted as a lawyer to the local court in Luditz. 2./ I now want to realize my intention to transfer and transfer my law firm to Karls-bad and therefore apply for my final admission as a lawyer to the local court in V a r 1 s b e d and also my assignment to the barlist of the Karlsoad district court. 3./ With regard to this request, I expressly refer to the comments of my input from l5.duni l939, which may be included here. Furthermore, I allow myself to assert that the President of the Attorney General Leitmeritz, Horr Dr.Karl Ohmeyei, with whom I have contacted, will agree to my final admission as a lawyer at the local court in Karlovy Vary and to my admission to the list of lawyers of this court. 4./ To this application I also quote : a/ Name and apartment:Dr.jur.Fritz Flail,Luditz 138. b/ I declare that I am a German state and a people's member of the German-blooded abstinence. c/ In the time before the reclassification of the sudeten - deutach territories I had settled in Luditz as an attorney, namely by order of the Judeten German Fartei/see the references in mainer Sin- gube of 15 June 1939./.
