Mr. State Secretary Karl Hermann Frank knows me personally and therefore knows who I was in the time of battle.Nevertheless, I allow myself to send you two copies of two documents.The first is a translation of the gendarmerie report of the Buchau gendarme station on the occasion of my first disciplinary examination, the second a copy of an inscription to the Notariate Chamber in Eger, to which I have turned for protection against the persecutions of the Gendarme. If I were to succeed in becoming a notary in Karlovy Vary through the help of the State Secretary, it would be the greatest professional success for me.
