Forgive me if I ask you today for a purely personal matter, which I am telling you with this letter, in order not to take your time by visiting. In the spring of 1939, I addressed the Minister of Science, Education and Education of the Reich with the request to grant the transfer of my lecturer from the University of Vienna to the German University in Prague. I moved back from Prague to my home country in September 1988 and opened my law firm in Aussig. Since that time it has been almost impossible for me to continue to teach in Vienna, and so I have had leave of absence in agreement with the Faculty of Law and Law until the final decision on the transfer of the lecturer.
