126 30 January 1940. St.8. 92/40. 31. 12.1 In the case of District Court Councillor Dr. Wessely, Tetschen, I had already addressed myself to you once in the summer. District Court Counsellor Vessely had and has the desire to be transferred by Tetchen. The appointment of a post at a civil court in Salzburg did not take place. At the time Vessely is interested in the post of the director of the Antsgericht in Karlovy Vary, which is supposed to be free. If this is true and if it is possible for you to use you for Wessely, I would be grateful for a communication. I would then order Wessely in a cautious form that he could apply for the position in question on the way of service. With cordial greetings and salvation Hitler! as always your 2nd Wv. on 29.2.194o with me.
