112 19 Feber 1940. St.S.159/40. 1940 5 To Mr. 20.110 Ministerial Director Dr. S c h t z e , B er lin2 Reichsministerium des Inneren. Dear Dr. Schütze ! With the request for support, a Dr. Johann Georg Stempian from Elbogen turned to me and said that he had made a request to the President of the Government in Karlovy Vary for his participation as a government officer. The difficulty was apparently that he had asked him to give up his seven-month legal training, since he had already worked in judicial matters at the time of the Tsehecho-Slovak Republic - mainly for the SdP. Although I cannot comment on Dr. Stempian's remarks myself, I am happy to take the opportunity to lend my support. Dr. Sttempian is known to me as an energetic and reliable comrade from the sudedient period of combat. It would seem appropriate for her to have the necessary training and professional orientation through the training of senior administrators.
