The investigation of the above mentioned in terms of character and politics revealed, among other things, the following: Š. is considered to be extremely corrupt. Thus, in 1926, among others, a longer judicial investigation was conducted against him for damage to the Czech state by various fraudulent acts, such as smuggling of Austrian war bonds, etc. In the course of this procedure, Š. was also taken into custody. 3 photocopies with the request for return are attached. On the basis of these findings, it does not appear expedient to propose to the above mentioned from the German side for the post of president of the group Druckerei at the Central Association of Industrialists for Bohemia and Moravia.
