CONCEPT. Prague, 26 May 1939. Mr. Referendare! I am pleased that you have come here and welcome you on the ground of the old German imperial city of Prague• The image of this city that you take in and its old buildings confirm your historical career. Created from an old German merchant's settlement, this city has always granted the German people a privileged special right that enabled them to shape the face of this city and shape its history. Prague was always the German centre of Bohemia. The Roland statue in which the Charles Bridge, a symbol of German law, is the living memory of the reputation and legal status of the Germans. After decades or even centuries of historical misdevelopment, the Führer has restored the connection to the space-bound and space-related historical design. Prague has again become a city of Germans and the decree of the leader on the establishment of the Protectorate puts the Germans of this country under German law. The unique significance of this development today is, however, that with the resurgence of Prague into the German imperial city, the National Socialist Germany takes up the proof that it succeeded St.S.XB-1/38. •/.
