2.) Certificate ! HEAGARRREAEEEAICEEEAA Dr. Dr. Kurt O. R a b l, Prague, is hereby certified that he has worked full-time for the SdP since the beginning of 1938. His diligence and speedy understanding have been recognized as well as his scientific talent. The writings he wrote were a valuable support to the SDP in their political struggle. In the course of his scientific work, he has drawn up, among other things, the principles of language law, which were included in the memorandum presented by the SdP to the Czech-Slovak government on June 7, 1938.
