RMdI. of 30. 4. 1941 to verify that all deviations with regard to the numerical entries as amended from 30. 1. 1943 - S I A 3 c No. 9030/43 — in model M I, compared with the previous month, the model M II has also been explained in the prescribed form A. The exact observance of this purpose and the date of submission of the starch rule is essential because those in the central authority for the purpose of the different notifications. (1) The numerous personnel movements, as well as the reports of strength, which have been compiled on the basis of the present conditions, are undoubtedly free and factual and general staff shortages in the Reich criminal police, providing complete information on the development police in order to obtain a precise overview of the personnel and household relations of the Reich police in terms of personnel and budget relations. 11) In order to relieve my registrarship, the allocation of available workers is essential for the establishment of starch reports (M I) and the associated production and submission of starch declarations. (2) These strength reports shall be sent to me in the future, together with one of the three references to be made to each of the reports to be submitted, following the adoption of this Decree. (3) Since the Starch reports are compiled in the central authority no later than the 14th of each month to avoid any questions of doubt concerning the 'Reichsstärkemeldung', in spite of all the current personnel, the following instructions must be used to fill out the M I report in numerical terms: difficulties must be made to ensure that I. Subject: Strengths to be met (in line with the reference date set out in paragraph (2) A/B I series).
