Uh transcript. The deputy Reichsprotektor Prague, 22 February 1943 in Bohemia and Moravia 388/43 Seere C -group leader Frank, Prague. I received the final reports of the Einsatzstab I, Haupt- mann Rinnebach, about the collection of the cultural values of the confiscated castles. They are divided into three groups. Group I contains the cultural values that are intended for the museums, they will be accommodated in the rooms of the Royal Hall, according to the proposals of Captain Rinnebach and Professor Swoboda. Cultural values II should first remain in the palaces, as long as it is not otherwise available and then the inventory may have to be used elsewhere. The inventory of Group III is to be obtained by Major Jurk for the establishment of the apartment and the premises he creates. I would be grateful if I could obtain a decree from this office as soon as possible, and of course the relevant departments of yours, which are supposed to be responsible for the further supply of these artefacts and inventory items, will be involved, because the Rinnebach mission unit has only the task of carrying out this evaluation in the three groups. The further disposition should therefore be made by the competent department, of course with regard to the artistic values of Group II always after our approval. I have also commissioned Captain Rinnebach, after consultation with /-Standartenführer Weinmann, to also record the cultural values of the security police for these three groups, probably only the first two groups in question, at the same time to carry out the wishes of /-group leader Pahl. He also has the order of me to check whether there really are art values that we can't afford. I am 111A-46/42
