Ministere Elog.: 27 SEP. 1943 To 4-Obergruppenführer F ra n k in Hause I refer to my letter dated 31.7.1943, with which I asked Obergruppen führer to order Captain Rinnebach, Einsatzstabel I, to take back the charges raised against me and my employees, as they have proved untrue. As I have now stated, the various departments which were known at the time are still of the opinion that the surrenders of Captain Rinnebach are correct, since nothing has been done in the opposite direction. I therefore ask Obergruppenführer to issue an appropriate decree clarifying the matter. The criminal proceedings against Captain Rinnebach and Lieutenant Kraft are initiated.
