Jurisdiction in kind a) General In the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia, the prosecution of criminal acts is perceived by both the German Criminal Police and the General Court and by the Protectorates (criminal) police and tribunals. In accordance with the decree of the Council of Ministers for the Defence of the Reich of 1 September 1939, OJ No. 19. p. 126, the German Criminal Police must exercise technical supervision over the criminal police of the Protectorate (see also DA — Part I, K 10 — 106 — 80, p. 9 and Appendix 1 to page 9).
